The Art of Visuals brings together the experience and creative vision of Pravin Talan and Rupali Talan — photographers and filmmakers whose work spans advertising, cinema, corporate and industrial communication, hospitality, documentary photography, digital storytelling and premium coffee table books.
They have created visual work for hospitality brands including Taj Hotel Agra, Le Méridien Kochi, Radisson Blu and Alila Diwa Goa, and for corporate and industrial organisations including Nayara Energy, Omnicals Pharma Pvt. Ltd. and Lloyds Metals & Energy Limited.
Their work also extends into contemporary entertainment and emerging formats. Naina: The Hunt, created for MX Fatafat on Amazon MX Player, explores cinematic storytelling for the vertical screen.
India has remained at the heart of much of The Art of Visuals' work. Projects celebrating India's culture, faith and heritage include an extensive 45-day photography assignment documenting the Mahakumbh, Mahashivratri at Kashi Vishwanath, the famous Holi celebrations of Barsana and Nandgaon, the temples of Mathura and Ayodhya, and the Taj Mahal.
Their visual journeys have taken them deep into the traditions, landscapes and tribal communities of Gadchiroli; from isolated border villages of Rajasthan to conflict-affected areas of Kashmir; along the remote borders of Northeast India; and into the interiors of Madhya Pradesh — a body of work built by travelling deep into India's remarkably different worlds.
The Art of Visuals has also worked around women in uniform, women empowerment, education, youth, community development, senior citizens, public safety, disaster preparedness and social transformation — experience relevant to social-impact, development and public-awareness communication for governments, corporations, foundations and national and international organisations working across India.
A significant part of The Art of Visuals' identity has been shaped by its work with India's uniformed forces and public institutions. The Art of Visuals is credited with bringing a new visual language to the portrayal of India's special forces — cinematic in scale and imagery, yet firmly rooted in realism and authenticity.
Its work includes the National Security Guard (NSG), CRPF, BSF, Mumbai Police, Uttar Pradesh Police, Indian Army and Indian Coast Guard, as well as BMC, NDMA, Civil Defence and Uttar Pradesh Fire & Emergency Services (UPFES), amongst many others.
Some of these assignments evolved into long-running visual properties rather than one-time projects. Annual calendar projects around the National Security Guard and Mumbai Police have continued for close to a decade, creating recognisable bodies of imagery year after year, with several photographs travelling widely through news media, social media and the internet.
The Art of Visuals combines creative vision with the technical infrastructure and specialist teams required to execute demanding visual projects from concept to final delivery. For many years, the company has operated from its own premium professional studio in Mumbai, providing a dedicated base for photography, filming, pre-production and controlled studio shoots.
Film productions are supported by experienced cinematographers, film editors, colourists, sound and post-production professionals, contemporary cinematic cameras, professional lighting and specialist production equipment. The Art of Visuals also works with advanced drone and aerial-imaging systems and specialist operators for industrial sites, infrastructure, hospitality, landscapes, large public events and difficult locations.
For premium coffee table books, the capability extends from concept, research and photography to editorial development, design, colour management, pre-press, printing and finishing, supported by state-of-the-art print-production facilities.
Years of working inside operating industries, mines, hotels, forests, borders, large religious gatherings, disaster-response environments and sensitive institutional locations have also built considerable experience in permissions, safety protocols, logistics and complex on-ground production.

She is the creator of Naina: The Hunt, the cinematic vertical series for MX Fatafat on Amazon MX Player, and has photographed and filmed extensively across India for major projects by The Art of Visuals.
